In 2008, a $9 million course renovation project led by noted architect Kris Spence elevated the golf experience at Lake Toxaway to a new level. No longer considered a quaint mountain golf course, the course’s new design provides for a truly unique and challenging experience that rivals any golf course in Western North Carolina.
